Trade compliance check
The customs broker's workflow in one pass: screen the named end user against 15 government lists in full, including OFAC SDN, the BIS Entity List, the EU consolidated financial sanctions, the UK Sanctions List and the UFLPA Entity List, then check comprehensive jurisdiction sanctions and dual-use export-control flags; pull the importer's applied MFN and preferential tariff rates at the HS6 line with an estimated duty; for US imports, resolve the binding 8-digit HTS legal lines (USITC schedule) and flag AD/CVD orders in place; check the non-tariff measure profile; and get the applicable RTAs for rules-of-origin. Every result states which lists were searched, their entry counts and retrieval dates, and which lists were not. Name matching is tiered, so an exact designation is never presented as the same thing as a similar string.
