Methodology: invoicing_currency.parquet ingested from Boz et al. all_countries_update.dta (Section2.zip). Shares in percent (0-100). Dollar Invoicing Gap = usd_export_share - usd_import_share. Currency Mismatch Index = |USD gap| + |EUR gap|. Dollar Dependence Score = (usd_export + usd_import) / 2 (trade only).
