How to start a conversation.
One inbox for every thread: engagements, research collaborations, data requests, bug reports. A short, specific note gets a faster, better reply than a long generic one.
For engagements
Send a brief on what you need: the question, the geography, the deadline, and any constraints on data or deliverable format. Typical turnaround for scoping is 2 business days.
For research collaborations
Academic co-authorship, replications, and working-paper reviews are welcome. Include the paper or draft, the role you have in mind, and the timeline. Replications and extensions that use the Parquet corpus on this site are especially easy to get moving.
For data requests
Most of the corpus is queryable through the public pages and the SQL console. If a slice you need is not exposed, describe the cut (countries, years, products, indicators) and the format you want (CSV, Parquet, JSON). One-off pulls from the existing Parquet tables are usually quick.
For bug reports
Include the page URL, what you expected, what you saw, and the time of the visit. A screenshot helps. Data-integrity issues (a wrong number, a wrong unit, a miscited source) are the highest-priority class of bug and get looked at first.
