The practitioner side of trade.
The free platform tells you what the world trades. Pro covers how the work actually gets done: the desks that check letter of credit documents, screen counterparties, classify goods, and negotiate terms.
One plan. The licence covers your firm for up to 5 users, and it permits reproducing worksheets and CSV exports in your own client deliverables with attribution. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the year you paid for runs to its end date, and your exports are yours to keep. The full terms are at tradeweave.org/terms.
An account comes first, so a subscription has somewhere to attach. Create a free account or sign in.
Nothing that is public on TradeWeave today moves behind this. Pro is new work on top of the free platform, sold to US billing addresses only for now; the free platform stays available worldwide.
Trade finance
What an LC documentation desk does all day: examination windows, complying presentation, discrepancy handling, and the risk ladder from open account to cash in advance.
Compliance
The trade compliance officer's workflow: classification, license determination, restricted-party screening, end-use checks, filing, and recordkeeping. Complements the free screening and duty tool.
Desk digest
The weekly brief for practitioners: US tariff actions newly effective and upcoming (quantified against real trade flows), every BIS, OFAC, and USTR document from the Federal Register that week, and operational events with sources. Generated Mondays.
Pro intelligence
Ask a grounded question (sanctions designations this week, chokepoint disruptions, ICC opinions) and get a search-grounded answer with sources, powered by Gemini 3.8 Flash.
Monthly data desk
The freshest official numbers on the platform, months ahead of the reconciled BACI panel: IMF IMTS monthly totals for over 200 reporters, UN Comtrade monthly HS6 detail, Eurostat COMEXT for every EU member state, and the US Census monthly series down to HS4, customs district, and state.
- World monthly pulse Pro
- EU monthly trade Pro
- US monthly detail on Reshoring Nowcast (dollar levels, exports league, HS4 drill-down), Ports (customs-district trade values), and US States (import gateways and state balances) Pro
Desk worksheets
Screeners computed at request time from the BACI HS96 panel (1996-2024, 238 reporters) and the applied-tariff schedules. Each one names, on the page, what you can get free from UN Comtrade, WITS and the free TradeWeave pages, and what it is doing on top of that.
- Portfolios: load your HS-by-supplier book once, then point the sourcing exposure and preference margin worksheets at it Pro
- API: read your portfolios programmatically with a bearer key Pro
- Sourcing exposure worksheet: your HS list, or a whole chapter, against one destination market Pro
- Classification duty exposure: which codes are worth a review Pro
- Concentration shift monitor: what tightened in the latest vintage Pro
- Capability fit screener: one basket, every BACI reporter Pro
- Preference margin worksheet: your HS list against one market's preferential schedule, margin over MFN per line Pro
Negotiations and other trade services
The free ParityRoom negotiation simulator and shipment cost simulator stay free.
What stays free
Everything that is public today stays public: all data pages, explorers, research, rankings, and the API. Pro adds new practitioner content on top; it does not paywall the data platform.
